Clear answers on approval timelines, documentation, credit requirements, and how to maximize the tax benefits of your equipment lease.
Frequently Asked Questions
What types of equipment can be leased?
Almost any business equipment can be leased — manufacturing machinery, forklifts, IT hardware, medical equipment, construction equipment, vehicles, and more. If your business needs it, we can likely structure a lease for it.
How long does the approval process take?
Most applications receive a decision within 24–48 business hours. Once approved and documents are signed, funding typically occurs within 3–5 business days.
What credit score do I need?
Credit requirements vary by lender and equipment type. We work with a wide network of funders, which means we can often find solutions for businesses with less-than-perfect credit histories. Startups and newer businesses are also welcome to apply.
How much does leasing cost?
Lease payments depend on the equipment cost, lease term (typically 24–72 months), credit profile, and end-of-term structure. We provide free, no-obligation quotes so you can compare options before committing.
Is there a down payment required?
Many of our lease programs require little to no down payment. Some structures may require first and last payment upfront, but full 100% financing is available in many cases.
What happens at the end of the lease?
At lease end, you typically have three options: (1) return the equipment, (2) purchase it at fair market value or a predetermined price, or (3) extend the lease. We will structure your agreement to match your long-term goals from the start.
Can I lease equipment if my business is new?
Yes. We have programs designed for startups and businesses with shorter operating histories. Terms may differ from established businesses, but options are available.
Is leasing better than a bank loan?
Often yes — leasing is faster, requires less collateral, preserves your credit lines, and may offer tax advantages. We are happy to walk through a side-by-side comparison for your specific situation.
